The Conjoined Wheel is an integrated lifting and traveling accessory tailored for heavy-duty, high-frequency, and harsh working conditions. It is different from the traditional split wheel structure. It adopts the integrated conjoined molding process of the wheel body and wheel box, and there is no splicing or looseness in the whole. The product adopts high-strength ductile iron and integral forging process, and is strengthened by multiple heat treatments. It has strong overall rigidity, high coaxiality accuracy and stable load-bearing performance. The one-piece integrated structure completely solves common problems such as misalignment, rail chewing, looseness, and derailment caused by long-term heavy-load operation of split wheels.
