The MH type single-beam gantry crane (single-beam gantry crane) is our company's main economical outdoor lifting equipment. It uses a single box/truss main beam as the load-bearing main body and is equipped with a CD/MD type electric hoist. The whole machine has a portal-shaped structure and walks along the ground track. It is suitable for lifting 0.5-32t materials and is widely used in indoor and outdoor scenes such as factory workshops, open-air freight yards, warehousing logistics, and small construction sites. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, low cost, convenient installation, and simple operation. It is an ideal lifting solution for small and medium-sized tonnage and intermittent operations.

Product Structure

Gantry Structure: Main beam (box type/truss) + outriggers (L type/C type) + lower cross beam, the load-bearing main body of the whole machine, welded with high-strength steel, and overall annealed to eliminate stress.

Hoist Trolley: Integrated CD/MD electric hoist to realize vertical lifting and horizontal movement of heavy objects, single speed/double speed optional, frequency conversion speed regulation for precise positioning.

Crane Traveling Mechanism: "Three-in-one" drive motor (motor + reducer + brake), wheels with buffers, running smoothly longitudinally along the track.

Electric Control SystemPLC: control, wireless remote control/cab operation, equipped with fire limit, current overload protection, windproof anchoring, anemometer (high configuration for outdoor use).
