The LD single-girder bridge crane is a light to medium-sized lifting equipment specially designed for indoor workshops, warehouses, and factories. It adopts a single main beam box/truss structure and is equipped with a CD/MD electric hoist. It moves laterally along the factory track through the trolley operating mechanism, and the lifting trolley moves longitudinally along the main beam to achieve three-dimensional lifting of heavy objects. The equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, and easy operation. It has a rated lifting capacity of 0.5-32t and a span of 6-30m. It is suitable for various indoor intermittent lifting operations. Main Structure 

- Main Girder: Welded with Q235B/Q345B high-strength steel plates, with optional box/truss structure, it has high strength, good rigidity, and strong resistance to deformation, ensuring long-term load-bearing stability.

- End Beam: Rigidly connected to the main beam, equipped with a cart operating mechanism at the bottom, using a "three-in-one" drive motor (motor + reducer + brake), with smooth operation, low noise, and sufficient power.

- Hoist Trolley: Integrated CD/MD electric hoist to realize vertical lifting and horizontal movement of heavy objects. Single speed/double speed is optional. Frequency conversion speed regulation can achieve precise positioning to meet the needs of precise operations.

- Electric Control System: It adopts PLC intelligent control, with reasonable circuit layout, complete protection functions (overload, short circuit, phase loss protection), sensitive operation, stable operation, and can adapt to different national voltage standards.

- Track: Equipped with a special crane track, it is easy to install and has little wear and tear, ensuring smooth operation of the cart and trolley and extending the service life of the equipment.
